Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • •Lead talent management programs including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across the network.
  • •Drive engagement and energy, harmonize HR practices across plants, and support transformation initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.
  • •Oversee HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and HR systems.
  • •Manage key HR projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
  • •Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
  • •Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a data-driven mindset.
  • •Skilled change management with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder influence; fluent in English.
