Job Summary

Partner with Supply Chain leadership to shape and elevate the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network, indirectly supporting 64+ plants in 20 countries. Lead talent management, performance, succession, and development initiatives while driving engagement through change and transformation. Own HR operations and key HR projects across recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems including SuccessFactors, PeopleLink, and Workday, ensuring compliant, efficient workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies aligned to business priorities.
•Lead talent management programs including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across the network.
•Drive engagement and energy, harmonize HR practices across plants, and support transformation initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.
•Oversee HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and HR systems.
•Manage key HR projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
•Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
•Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
•Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a data-driven mindset.
•Skilled change management with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder influence; fluent in English.
