Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure continuous availability of parts and materials required at the final assembly station to prevent delays or shortages.
  • •Monitor and prioritize missing parts and track part flow to anticipate and address delays, errors, losses, or damaged components.
  • •Act as liaison between production, work preparation teams/platform, and the Operational Procurement Officer to drive timely procurement actions.
  • •Proactively identify supply chain risks and mitigate issues; provide alternate solutions when critical parts are missing.
  • •Provide regular reports on parts availability and material flow, highlighting discrepancies and the actions taken.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Proven logistics or supply chain experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment, preferably aerospace or helicopter.
  • •Experience with parts management, inventory control, and production coordination.
  • •Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP); relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
