Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the technical health, operational readiness, and support of live event and broadcast production systems across multiple environments.
  • •Lead troubleshooting, repair coordination, preventative maintenance, and escalation management for production technologies and infrastructure.
  • •Configure, test, and operate control room and production systems for live and broadcast events, including signal routing and streaming/encoding workflows.
  • •Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, signal flow, networking, and streaming components; coordinate firmware updates and equipment replacements with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Mentor technical staff and establish operational standards by documenting procedures, tracking incidents and trends, and participating in post-event reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in event production, broadcast engineering, audio/visual support, video production, live streaming, or related technical environments.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
  • •Strong technical troubleshooting experience in broadcast engineering and production systems support.
  • •Hands-on control room support experience with video switchers, audio consoles, playback/graphics systems, and streaming/encoding technologies.
  • •Strong networking knowledge for LAN/WAN production environments (managed switches, VLANs, QoS) and troubleshooting network issues such as latency and packet loss.
