Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and maintain HR records and documentation for compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll.
  • •Support employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting with benefits, payroll issues, workers compensation, STD, and unemployment topics.
  • •Perform general administrative HR tasks such as communications, postings, filing, and assembling new hire packets.
  • •Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring data integrity through current Workday processes.
  • •Assist with hiring and onboarding activities including new hire orientation, training coordination, and participation in annual enrollment and performance management processes.
