Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; a 2-year technical degree (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics) preferred or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2+ years production maintenance experience and/or 2+ years maintenance or food manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of packaging, processing, and manufacturing maintenance plus reliability maintenance processes.
  • •GMP and food production knowledge preferred.
  • •Proven troubleshooting, planning, prioritizing, and delegating skills with strong communication and people skills.
