Nights Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and supervise the off-shift maintenance team within a large-scale manufacturing factory, providing direction, prioritization, and resource management. You’ll provide technical leadership to resolve and troubleshoot production, machine, and process issues, coach team members, and coordinate maintenance activities including PM, corrective, emergency work, handoffs, and asset health. Drive continuous improvement using lean, 5S, and Six Sigma while delivering and reporting KPI metrics and ensuring full compliance with Reckitt policies.
