Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct risk assessments and review operational practices to identify workplace hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for loss prevention.
  • •Evaluate HSE programs, policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • •Analyze operational, safety, claims, and compliance data to find patterns, performance gaps, and emerging exposures.
  • •Cross-reference data from multiple systems and reports to identify inconsistencies, expired certifications, and corrective action areas.
  • •Develop risk control reports and presentations, collaborating with brokers and insurers to support underwriting discussions and improve insurance program outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and fluent/sophisticated English to work with North America clients.
  • •Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), risk control, loss prevention, safety management, risk management, or related areas.
  • •Exposure to industries such as construction, energy, oil & gas, transportation, or logistics.
  • •Ability to review safety programs, operational procedures, and compliance documentation to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • •Strong analytical and data-management skills, including Excel proficiency and experience analyzing multiple data sources.
