Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, administering the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular follow-ups and feedback. •Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process.
•Ensure candidates receive timely communication, follow-ups, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
•Handle trainee hiring by sourcing, screening, and sharing candidates with hiring managers while managing the trainee journey.
•Facilitate interviews and assessments, including referrals follow-up from management and employees.
•Provide reporting support and maintain systems compliance for each role.
