Test Center Manager

Serve as the face of Prometric at the test center, ensuring daily operations, performance, and facility standards are consistently met. Manage scheduling and supervise Test Center Administrators, oversee staffing matters like hiring/training and timesheets, and maintain exam integrity through security/verification procedures. Support candidate experiences by resolving issues, operating required testing-room technology, reporting irregularities, and coordinating with property management to maintain a safe environment.
