Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, prepare, and provide recommendations for RFS pre-forecast and close forecast, including presentations to RFS leadership.
  • •Participate in Long-Range Planning (LRP) and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • •Coordinate planning calendars, consolidate bottom-up inputs, and support reviews with Program Area Directors (PADs).
  • •Develop and maintain financial reports, templates, dashboards, and reporting tools; perform ad hoc and variance analysis.
  • •Identify, research, and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues, using Excel/AO and business systems to support reporting schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Excel (including Analysis for Office (AO)), Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience using RPLAN, SAP Business Systems, SAP BW Toolset, or similar business systems.
  • •Experience performing financial forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
