Job Summary

Own and maintain outbound shipping tracking and dashboards, coordinating domestic and international shipments using carriers, freight brokers, and freight forwarders. Support shipping of tunnel boring machines, heavy equipment, parts, and materials to vendors and company locations. Prepare freight, generate shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, labels, customs documents), and communicate updates, delays, and requirements to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the outbound shipping dashboard and track shipments from request to final delivery.
•Coordinate domestic and international shipments using FedEx, third-party carriers, freight brokers, and international freight forwarders.
•Support shipment of tunnel boring machines, heavy equipment, parts, and materials to vendors and company locations (including Las Vegas and Nashville).
•Prepare outbound freight by palletizing, banding, securing, and crating items, including custom crates when required.
•Generate shipping paperwork (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, labels, and customs documentation) and communicate updates, delays, and requirements.
