Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct worldwide monthly sales commission calculation cycles and multi-currency payroll transmissions across 90+ statutory jurisdictions, ensuring cut-off schedules, funding validations, and payout accuracy.
  • •Govern execution of global incentive structures (annual/semi-annual plans, accelerator curves, draws, SPIFFs, MBOs, overlays, split-crediting agreements).
  • •Define and maintain internal controls, audit frameworks, walkthrough documentation, and SOPs to mitigate risk and ensure audit defensibility.
  • •Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Payroll, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, and SOX to align incentive plan design and enable seamless data integration.
  • •Architect and execute global platform migrations and operational consolidation to unify standardized execution frameworks and reduce total processing cycle time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • •10-15+ years of professional experience in global sales incentive compensation, financial operations, and payroll governance within a large multinational technology enterprise.
  • •CPA, Chartered Accountant (CA), or an equivalent recognized professional accounting designation.
  • •Experience leading large-scale enterprise compensation engine migrations and administration (e.g., SAP Commissions/Callidus Cloud, Oracle OIC/SPM, Anaplan, Xactly).
  • •Hands-on proficiency with enterprise HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Workday HCM, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, Salesforce CRM).
