•Provide expert employee relations guidance across People functions, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while ensuring compliance with local laws.
•Advise leadership on strategies for a positive, inclusive work environment and address concerns before they escalate.
•Lead internal investigations, ensuring compliance and legal review, and prepare documentation focused on issue resolution.
•Collaborate with legal and external counsel to monitor and anticipate labor law changes and manage risks in employee relations cases.
•Own, define, and develop HR/ER policies and manage PiP processes across the US, ANZ, APAC, and Mexico; track cases and report trends to HR leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor law with global experience.

•Proven stakeholder management experience with senior leadership, business partners, and external parties.
