Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage program execution for complex, higher-risk new product development initiatives, coordinating project activities and decisions.
  • •Create and maintain robust project plans using standardized guidelines, templates, and required documentation.
  • •Develop, monitor, and report program P&L and key drivers, ensuring objectives are met (margins, costs, revenue) and capital spend aligns across R&D and finance.
  • •Review project proposals and plans to guide technical project objectives, determine critical activities, and support execution.
  • •Prepare project status updates, communicate risks to leadership with appropriate detail and recovery plans, and lead cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in Engineering Product Development (preferred).
  • •3+ years leading New Product Development efforts (preferred).
  • •Proven experience in new product development within consumer and professional goods industries.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and using structured project management methodologies (e.g., Critical Path) and tools like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
