Job Summary

Ensure finished-goods and raw-material quality through evaluations, blown film testing, and accurate product recordkeeping. Lead the local quality control effort to meet customer QC specifications, follow SOPs, and maintain QA documentation. Investigate complaints, represent the location on quality matters, and partner with sales, manufacturing, and customers to resolve issues and finalize product disposition. Train the department on latest procedures aligned with ANSI/ASQC Q9001-2008 and ISO 9001 requirements.

•Ensure timely testing and train the department on latest procedures aligned with customer specifications and corporate/industry standards (ANSI/ASQC Q9001-2008 and ISO 9001).
