Join the Acute Care Technology team to verify procured materials, sub-assemblies, finished products and processes against quality standards. Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing using a range of tools, document results, and maintain device history records. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure conformance to SOPs, drawings, and ECOs, with opportunities to learn IPC-based inspection practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, measure, and/or test material to established methods and standards.
•Document inspection and test results according to procedures and maintain quality files (DHR, Inspection History Records).
•Read and interpret SOPs, schematics, technical drawings, PDAs and ECOs; interface with other functions as required.
•Operate and reference various inspection tools (Vision System, Verniers, Micrometers, Oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies, defib/pacer analyzers, fixtures).
•Process returned material according to established procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•1-3 years of related experience.
•Ability to read specifications, procedures and engineering drawings.
•Familiar with mechanical and electronic test equipment.
•IPC-A-610 for Incoming Inspection is preferred.
