Job Summary

Seeking a high-impact Sales Engineer to partner with enterprise customers across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will translate complex network observability and infrastructure intelligence capabilities into measurable business outcomes, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, lead consultative engagements, and drive value from evaluation through adoption in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead consultative discovery engagements to uncover customer operational challenges, modernization priorities, cloud transformation initiatives, and business objectives.
•Architect and position observability and infrastructure intelligence solutions aligned to customer environments and strategic priorities.
•Design integrated solutions spanning network observability, telemetry analytics, infrastructure automation, and API-driven workflows.
•Guide customers through technical evaluations, onboarding, adoption, and expansion initiatives to ensure long-term success.
•Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence product direction and drive long-term customer value.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
•Strong understanding of enterprise networking, network operations, network security, infrastructure modernization, and observability architectures.
•Experience supporting complex enterprise environments spanning on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
•Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
•Experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles; comfortable working in a remote-first model with moderate travel.
