•Run full-cycle hiring for GTM roles across Mexico, including outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement, with flexibility to support wider LATAM.
•Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates at target companies.
•Build talent maps for each search and consistently surface top passive talent that others may miss.
•Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed at each stage.
•Partner with GTM hiring managers and local leadership on market dynamics and targeted hiring strategies; support hiring in areas like Customer Success and Technology when needed.

•3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS/technology company or an agency serving the high-growth SaaS market.
•Proven sourcing skills with a track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders.
•Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
•Fluent Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal), with a base in Mexico or another LATAM country.
