Key Responsibilities

•Improve e-commerce performance by optimizing user experience, structuring effective content, and ensuring omnichannel coherence while coordinating IT teams and markets.
•Pilot performance analysis and funnel insights using GA4/Contentsquare/GTM, including measurement plan/tagging and ensuring data quality, reliability, and compliance (GDPR/consent).
•Lead UX optimization and CRO, driving a testing roadmap with A/B tests (AB Tasty), defining KPIs, analyzing results, and recommending improvements to conversion, engagement, and AOV.
•Build and manage the site roadmap and functional needs in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SMC), feeding the PO backlog from UX/CRO insights and market feedback while validating UX deliverables.
•Drive content, brand consistency, and SEO/GEO roadmap, defining best practices/checklists before publishing and ensuring cross-team governance with markets.

Key Requirements

•5 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce/UX/product/content.
•Experience in an international, multi-market environment.
•Strong UX/CRO sensitivity with a data-driven approach.
•Strong e-commerce business and performance orientation.
•Good understanding of technical environments (SFCC/SMC, CMS) and collaboration with product teams in an agile setting.
