Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Commercial roles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • •Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, job boards, databases, and direct outreach.
  • •Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, build and maintain talent pipelines, and coordinate timely interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
  • •Maintain accurate ATS candidate information and recruitment stages, provide pipeline updates, and support offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-boarding coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing.
  • •Experience recruiting for technology and/or commercial positions is preferred.
  • •Good understanding of technology roles such as Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and IT.
  • •Good understanding of commercial roles such as Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Growth, and Marketing.
  • •Strong CV screening and interviewing capabilities.
