Key Responsibilities

•Support core People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
•Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and other People functions to ensure timely and compliant execution of operational processes.
•Contribute to the delivery of People Shared Services by maintaining high service quality standards and adherence to SLAs.
•Support compliance and governance initiatives across People processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
•Prepare, maintain, and organize audit-ready documentation and supporting records; coordinate internal and external audits and support IPO readiness efforts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•5–8 years of experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Compliance, or related functions.

•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Audit teams.
