Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and prepare monthly international payroll inputs for an assigned area, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
  • •Support relationships with global payroll providers by ensuring accurate and timely receipt of payroll reports.
  • •Collect and validate new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, and bank details.
  • •Use Workday and other sources to prepare monthly payroll for submission to the external payroll provider, and support compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • •Support international payroll with ad-hoc and year-end activities, including payroll analytics review post-processing and responding to employee queries.

Key Requirements

  • •English and Polish speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Good proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivots.
  • •Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • •High attention to detail and respect for confidential information.
  • •Proactive team player who can also work independently.
