Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 18 years of demonstrable cost management experience in professional practice.
  • •Minimum 5 years of substantive experience on rail and/or metro infrastructure projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and their application.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP (or equivalent cost control systems), and MRICS (or equivalent professional qualification) is required.
