Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associates' work and customers' interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Invent state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or related) plus 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's degree plus 4+ years.
  • •6+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •7+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or equivalent private cloud).
  • •Experience developing and applying techniques for optimizing training and inference software to improve hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor an engineering team and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
