Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as an execution partner to the APAC Product Merchandising team, translating merchandising strategies into member-friendly experiences.
  • •Set up and configure regional merchandising tactics and experimentation; monitor quality issues, flag discrepancies, and troubleshoot.
  • •Ensure merchandising execution remains aligned with defined strategies across markets.
  • •Organize the catalog using deep understanding of Netflix-produced and licensed content.
  • •Execute and configure eligibility logic and rules for collections and pages, coordinating with local/regional partners; track on-time delivery and launch health.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in content merchandising operations, catalog curation, program management, or a related field.
  • •Strong ability to curate content and evaluate movies, TV shows, or gaming, including creating multi-title collections with editorial judgment.
  • •Experience with metadata classification and knowledge of information architecture, metadata, and taxonomy concepts.
  • •Ability to translate merchandising strategies into tactical solutions, develop repeatable processes, and execute large-scale, complex programs.
  • •Fluency in English and ability to work in app-based environments, using qualitative and quantitative methods to define success.
