Channel Account Manager to build and support Bugcrowd's partner ecosystem (consultants, VARs, MSSPs, strategic alliances), recruiting and enabling partners, and driving end-user adoption of Bugcrowd products and services through partner programs and account teams. Travel is expected (25-50%), with collaboration across Sales, Professional Services, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align engagements.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, recruit, and enable consultants, VARs, and MSSPs who service mutual customers and prospects within an assigned territory.
•Develop and execute GTM partner plans to drive measurable results (partner enablement, events, and joint offerings).
•Collaborate with Account Teams and Sales Engineering to communicate Bugcrowd’s value to partners and prospects.
•Coordinate with internal resources (Professional Services, Product, Sales Engineering, Customer Success) to define partner engagements for mutual prospects.
•Negotiate and finalize partner agreements to drive product and service adoption and profitability.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years in sales or channel sales.
•Ability to describe complex topics clearly and present product/service offerings to partners and prospects (C-suite, practice leads, engineers, and industry leaders).
•Prior experience in early stage channel growth.
•Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills and strong work ethic.
•Travel willingness and ability to travel 25-50%.
