Key Responsibilities

•Own the Fertility & Family Building product surface from end-to-end, including member journey and outcomes across related family-building programs.
•Define product strategy grounded in member and clinical data, and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
•Develop a member-centric data model for engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes, defining metrics and driving improvements.
•Lead agentic, AI-native experiences that improve member outcomes and move from prototype to production.
•Foster cross-functional partnerships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth to ensure alignment and execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,000 - 340,000 annually

•7+ years in product, with meaningful time in health-tech (preferably fertility space) or a high-stakes consumer domain.

•0-to-1 track record with measurable member or patient impact.
•Founder mentality: you own the outcome, not just the workstream. You push through ambiguity without waiting for permission.
