Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Fertility & Family Building product surface from end-to-end, including member journey and outcomes across related family-building programs.
  • •Define product strategy grounded in member and clinical data, and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Develop a member-centric data model for engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes, defining metrics and driving improvements.
  • •Lead agentic, AI-native experiences that improve member outcomes and move from prototype to production.
  • •Foster cross-functional partnerships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth to ensure alignment and execution.
