Sales Coordinator

Coordinate sales contracts and merchandising event paperwork for select AWG-supplied retailers, acting as a key point of contact for the AWG Customer Team. Own contract creation, weekly revisions, and accurate portal entries, then manage invoice receipt and bill-payment processing by comparing bills to contracts and issuing payment instructions. Partner with customer sales managers and third-party contracting/bill-pay teams to resolve billing or contracting questions and keep payment trackers up to date.
