People Operations Associate

Build and maintain the operational backbone of the People function across UAE and KSA, owning immigration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data accuracy, payroll data checks, and reporting. Collaborate with Legal, Office Managers, and external partners to ensure compliance, scalability, and a smooth employee lifecycle in a fast-growing MENA fintech environment.
