Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite.
  • •Build and optimize the user lifecycle framework (onboarding through repeat and high-value upgrades).
  • •Plan, execute, and evaluate growth campaigns and initiatives with ROI assessment.
  • •Develop user segmentation models and design targeted journeys for different cohorts using engagement channels like CRM, push notifications, and email.
  • •Build dashboards and use A/B testing and analytics to optimize user journeys; generate reports to support product and business decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of operations experience in internet, fintech, or crypto industries, with strong preference for wealth/investment product experience.
  • •Solid understanding of financial products, especially crypto-based offerings such as savings, staking, structured products, and DeFi yield.
  • •Hands-on analytics skills using SQL, Excel, and BI tools, with systems thinking to translate business problems into scalable solutions.
  • •Experience with user segmentation and lifecycle management, using data to drive growth and conversion.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
