Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on the successful realization of challenging construction projects.
  • •Manage projects and programmes of varying size and complexity, including project organization, objectives, scheduling, and documentation of progress.
  • •Maintain structured project stakeholder management and act as a reliable point of contact for internal departments, general planners, general contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities.
  • •As client representative, understand customer requirements including design, specifications, and instructions.
  • •Monitor processes from construction completion to commissioning and handover to ensure alignment with client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering or Architecture.
  • •Approximately 10 years of relevant project management experience in complex industrial construction, preferably Defence.
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset, quick grasp, analytical and cross-functional thinking.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, able to work in multicultural teams.
  • •Experience with large and complex projects.
