Job Summary

Own month/quarter/year-end accounting activities, including schedules, consolidation support, and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Lead AR/AP and GL review cycles, including DSO/DPO, aging analysis, and invoicing with subsequent collections. Prepare annual statutory and tax filings and transfer pricing documentation, while supervising daily AR/AP, GL, and fixed-asset processes. Drive reporting accuracy improvements and help digitize and automate manual accounting workflows using SAXO and ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review schedules and support for month/quarter/year-end closing, and half-year/year-end consolidation to ensure smooth accounting operations.
•Conduct Balance Sheet account reconciliations and review monthly AR/AP and GL reconciliations to ensure accurate monthly financials.
•Prepare DSO and DPO, aging analysis, and supporting documents for each monthly reporting cycle.
•Prepare annual statutory and tax filings and transfer pricing (TP) documentation to Tax Authorities.
•Supervise invoicing and subsequent collections, daily AR/AP & GL processes, and the fixed assets cycle; perform ad hoc assignments as needed.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of accounting experience in a similar function.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business with an accounting emphasis, or related field.
•Excellent Excel experience and working knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
•Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
•Proven people management and team development experience.
