Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up CNC machines and run parts (training provided).
  • •Follow a weekly preventative maintenance process and applicable work instructions (WI, SOP, reference documents).
  • •Use precision gauging tools (including CMM) to verify gauge calibration and complete daily machine inspections.
  • •Perform First Piece Inspection procedures and identify/document out-of-spec conditions.
  • •Adhere to safety, environmental, health and safety procedures, and participate in 5S/continuous improvement processes.
