Key Responsibilities

  • •Run strategic legal pilots and research projects for legal AI model training and evaluation, from initial scoping through operationalization.
  • •Validate frontier legal AI use cases against defined legal quality, feasibility, and cost standards.
  • •Establish workflows, expert requirements, quality standards, and an operational blueprint to scale successful pilots.
  • •Ensure appropriate handling of privilege, confidentiality, and jurisdictional requirements for case law, contracts, statutes, and legal reasoning.
  • •Partner with Researchers and Customers to deliver trusted approaches that can be operationalized across future legal programs.

Key Requirements

  • •JD or equivalent law degree with 2+ years of experience in private practice, in-house work, legal research, or regulatory/compliance roles.
  • •2+ years leading complex projects, operational workflows, or subject-matter initiatives.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills working with attorneys, legal experts, researchers, and customers.
  • •Experience managing legal, technical, or data-intensive projects.
  • •Familiarity with legal research, contract analysis, litigation, and regulatory/compliance workflows.
