Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage daily operations to meet productivity, volume throughput, service level, and operational performance targets.
  • •Manage workforce productivity, labour costs, equipment running costs, resource allocation, and leave to ensure efficient operations within budget.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, fostering employee engagement and a high-performing workplace culture.
  • •Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies, procedures, legislation, and site requirements, including hazard, incident, and corrective action management.
  • •Build and maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships, prioritising operational requests and delivering promptly in line with SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across operational processes and warehousing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a 3PL fulfilment warehousing environment in a management or leadership role.
  • •Extensive people leadership experience engaging teams, developing culture, and driving process improvement; Yellow Belt experience is desirable.
  • •Sound understanding of warehousing and logistics practices, including strong knowledge of WMS and ability to support and train employees using it.
  • •Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and obligations with commitment to safe work practices.
  • •Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships at all levels.
