•Set the path to success by spearheading recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive experience for candidates and new hires.
•Drive productivity of Recruiters and ensure 100% fill rate and on time hiring for all requirements.
•Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality candidate flow and improve process efficiencies.
•Ensure 100% compliance for completion of background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
•Collaborate with internal and external partners such as service delivery, procurement, HR, and vendors on hiring initiatives.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 to 5 years recruitment leadership experience.
•At least 5 years volume recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
•Proficiency to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives
•Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members work as a team-player
•Strong verbal and written communication skills be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner
