Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate new customer account openings by gathering and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • •Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, and product maintenance including planning, quality review, testing, and go-live readiness
  • •Review and validate treasury management agreements and onboarding forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • •Serve as first-level support for core treasury solutions by researching and resolving routine onboarding, maintenance, or servicing issues within SLAs
  • •Ensure adherence to banking laws and bank policies, including fraud-prevention controls, entitlements, segregation of duties, and audit-ready documentation
