Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules and prepare supplies/PPE for each day
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout the assigned service area
  • •Perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, and Annual Wellness Visit support
  • •Use phlebotomy expertise to make blood draws comfortable for each patient
  • •Document visits using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN (home preferred)
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
