Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform thorough, accurate vehicle condition inspections in line with Manheim inspection standards.
  • •Safely locate, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots while verifying vehicle identification and options.
  • •Document exterior and interior condition and identify damage, missing components, or inoperable features; ensure accurate data entry.
  • •Engage dealer clients to build trust, educate on mobile inspection services, and proactively increase inspection volume.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports and use Salesforce.com; collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other teams while following safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet physical and mental demands within required timeframes.
  • •Strong automotive knowledge (body and mechanical); previous vehicle inspection experience required for Senior Level.
  • •3+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Senior Level) of experience in a related field, with Level 1 preferring 0–1 years automotive-related experience.
