Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review reporting artifacts, including variance and trend analysis, and deliver executive-ready insights.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by interpreting stakeholder requirements and ensuring reporting is fit for purpose, consistent, and scalable.
  • •Support reporting transformation initiatives such as automation, standardization, controls uplift, and data quality improvements.
  • •Provide SME support to finance, risk, and business report stakeholders, partnering with finance and data/tech teams to implement reporting enhancements.
  • •Support internal and external auditors by assessing compliance of reporting frameworks and managing policy interpretations and judgments in regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant), MBA (Finance) or Engineering degree with interest in financial services.
  • •Ability to review large datasets and derive strategic insights, including identifying trends/anomalies under business and macro-economic or strategic/regulatory drivers.
  • •Knowledge or interest in Asset Liability Management and regulatory changes in a global environment (advantageous).
  • •Understanding of control frameworks and ability to implement effective controls with strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
  • •Strong communication skills and planning/organizational skills to adapt to changing situations and meet tight deadlines.
