Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow standard work and processes using enterprise business systems.
  • •Coordinate transitions of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise systems.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • •Coordinate accurate and timely recording of project costs, including timesheets, forecasting support, and vendor invoices.
  • •Review billing backlog and coordinate/communicate with Project Managers, BAS and HVAC Field Technicians, customers, and Trane claims to resolve obstacles.

Salary: CAD 62,636.66 - 87,114.99 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Bilingual written and spoken English and French (preferred/required).
  • •Strong communication skills with a proactive approach working independently and as part of a team.
  • •Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and good judgement.
  • •Experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
