•Create and maintain due diligence procedures and ensure they are applied consistently.
•Evaluate third-party entities for compliance, performing risk assessments and background checks on vendors, suppliers, and partners.
•Continuously monitor third-party activities for signs of non-compliance or corrupt practices and maintain accurate records.
•Educate and train internal stakeholders on anti-corruption laws and due diligence best practices.
•Prepare and present due diligence reports to senior management and maintain up-to-date documentation meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
