Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through key business areas (safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, finance) to support daily operations and improve results.
  • •Learn and apply safe work practices, help identify hazards, prevent incidents, report concerns, and support corrective actions.
  • •Partner with operations teams on daily routines, material flow, scale and inspection work, facility operations, equipment use, shipment readiness, and problem solving.
  • •Understand and support commercial/customer/supplier alignment, including buying/selling, freight, processing costs, material quality, and market conditions.
  • •Support internal control responsibilities by understanding and complying with defined internal controls and communicating upward on issues or policy violations.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required for training, field exposure, and business needs.
  • •Ability to learn and follow safety, environmental, operational, commercial, financial, approval, and documentation expectations in an active industrial environment.
  • •Strong communication, math, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to work under deadline pressure, analyze information, use sound judgment, and communicate professionally with employees, customers, suppliers, peers, and leaders.
