Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach, develop, and mentor team members and manage and guide other Agile Coaches
  • •Conduct comprehensive assessments and recommend next steps, including establishment of value streams
  • •Create and execute coaching engagements and review deliverables to align with VMO messaging
  • •Coach and guide senior leadership, Product Owners, managers, and Agile teams to shift to an Agile mindset
  • •Develop guidance, tools, and training documentation; support VMO guidance, policies, and standards for product and project delivery
