Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in-person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support products including deposit accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals for sales and client acquisition.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
