Job Summary

Support the Boutique Director in running day-to-day boutique operations while driving performance through exceptional, highly personalized client experiences. Deputize for the Director when needed, lead on-floor clienteling, and help grow and manage a portfolio of key and high-potential clients using CRM. Coach and develop Client Consultants, monitor KPIs and conversion, and ensure merchandising, stock management, and operational compliance in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Boutique Director in day-to-day boutique management to ensure operational excellence and business performance.
•Act as a key leader on the floor and deputize for the Boutique Director when required.
•Maintain and grow a portfolio of key and high-potential clients, supporting acquisition and long-term engagement through client development strategies.
•Coach, mentor, and develop Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and client experience.
•Monitor KPIs, manage the client database (CRM), and support stock management, merchandising standards, and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
•Proven experience as a top-performing Senior Client Consultant or in a similar leadership role within a luxury environment.
•Strong client-centric mindset with experience engaging HNW or VIC clientele.
•Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and support the performance of others.
•Proficiency with retail tools and CRM systems.
