Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, disassemble, and test jet engines using common hand tools and tooling/fixtures.
  • •Follow assembly/disassembly steps while complying with required self-inspection or peer inspection for critical processes and adherence to quality standards.
  • •Monitor and ensure processes meet Safety, Quality, and Delivery objectives.
  • •Participate in ongoing cross-training across assembly cells and support functions to enable operational flexibility and consistent throughput.

  • •1+ years’ experience in a mechanic role or appropriate technical training.
  • •Aviation engine overhaul and repair experience (preferred).
  • •Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate (preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience in disassembly, inspection, assembly, or turbine engine test operations, with familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP (preferred).
