Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own the CPI forum and its rollout, driving continuous performance improvements.
  • •Manage release processes for products in China to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • •Develop and monitor capacity planning to achieve delivery predictability across projects.
  • •Oversee the full order-to-delivery cycle with compliance and quality assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems, including grid connection and LV distribution.
  • •Experience with motor control and drive systems, and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging systems.
  • •Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Siemens Teamcenter and Windchill.
  • •Experience using project tracking software such as JIRA and Asana, plus strong communication in English and Chinese.
