Job Summary

Serve as an Investment Counsellor and Product Expert, delivering investment recommendations and technical product expertise to Premier customers with INR 10M+ AUM. Strengthen HSBC’s wealth proposition by partnering with PRMs, supporting client meetings, coaching product knowledge, conducting portfolio reviews, and assessing product suitability and market/regulatory impacts. Own end-to-end investment sales and distribution for the assigned patch, driving AUM growth, sales consistency, and engagement with a monthly portfolio of 35–40 customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial analysis and investment recommendations as a Product Expert for customers with INR 10M+ AUM.
•Support PRMs with technical expertise to build trust, identify client needs, and assist with explaining and presenting wealth solutions.
•Conduct portfolio reviews with PRMs, assess product suitability and market/regulatory change impacts, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
•Act as a second point of contact for specific products and solutions while joining PRMs in client meetings.
•Own end-to-end investment sales and distribution for the assigned patch, driving strategic objectives such as AUM growth, net sales consistency, PRM productivity, and financial wellness sessions.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Bank of Asset Management Companies.
•MBA from a reputed institute preferred; Post Graduate Degree (Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or professional qualifications like CA preferred.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Proven ability in productivity enhancement.
•Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values; mandatory NISM certifications required.
