Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs for clients, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers, and other routine transactions.
  • •Enter and maintain client records for personal trust account administration, monitoring transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Use trust systems to affect transactions, monitor accounts, and create reports.
  • •Respond to client requests for information and assistance within the appropriate level of authority.
  • •Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up calls, preparing for client meetings, and assisting with special projects.
