Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the production of detailed and performance specifications for the discipline subject to review by colleagues prior to issue.
  • •Develop and line manage junior staff and supervise the work of others in the MEPP discipline team.
  • •Lead feasibility studies for projects and assess project feasibility from discipline perspective.
  • •Coordinate with clients, contractors and design team members in technical discussions, coordination and debates.
  • •Provide design and technical advice in a WSP project manager capacity across a wide range of projects.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline
  • •Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council)
  • •RevitMEP training applied to the discipline
  • •Leadership skills
  • •Proven track record delivering projects in scale and sector, with ability to engage with clients, contractors and design teams
